Client Profile

Organizing a virtual trade show can seem daunting, but it does not have to be one. At Rwizen, we have been designing and delivering virtual events and have become a trusted partner for our clients looking to venture into the virtual world.

They had a skilled workforce but could not train them efficiently.
The Objective:

To transform a conventional ‘in person’ trade fair and make it an interactive, virtual event for worldwide (virtual) visitors.    The client called for a company to manage the streaming to ensure that their global audience could virtually participate in the trade show.

The Challenges:

There were several challenges in pulling off an event like this, simply because it has not been done before. Some of them were: • Curating bespoke layouts to host the live stream. • Presenting from a studio was a new and different experience for hosts, which required rehearsals.  • Lack of preparation for specific unforeseeable issues. • Technical snags (which were taken care of then by the team.) • Convincing clients to participate and shop during a virtual event.

The solution:

• To ensure that we could plan, rehearse and stream the trade show live from day 01, we closely worked with teams across various departments.  • We offered equipment powered by Rwizen’s web-based interactive technology to visitors who could experience the trade fair and connect with relevant buyers and sellers.  • Saved resources by eliminating the need for camera operators inside the studio.

Conclusion:

Presenting a virtual trade show was a unique experience and opened up more avenues for future shows. It was a highly challenging but eye-opening experience to set a precedent for the future.
